Come spice it up on your mat with something fun and different—try beginner-friendly Acroyoga!
Acroyoga (yoga with a partner) is a playful way to stretch and connect with another person which enhances body strength and flexibility and builds nonverbal trust and communication. Partner yoga can be done with anyone—a romantic partner, a friend, sibling, parent or even the person in class next to you.
In this 2-hour beginner-friendly workshop, you will discover the joy of bending, folding, and lifting one another up—both physically and mentally—by using your own and your partner’s bodyweight and breath to deepen poses, relieve stress and work up a sweat.
No prior experience or partner required! You can sign up solo and be paired with partners during the workshop.
Save 10% thru 1/13 with promo code EARLYBIRD at check-out. Purchase a Workshop - ACRO credit and use it to reserve your spot in the event on 2/8.
