Whether you're brand new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner - we are here to meet you where you are on your journey and provide you with guidance and tools for your next steps. We offer daily yoga classes at varying levels so you can begin or grow your practice at your own pace; foundations for newcomers, fast-paced flows for regulars, restorative to relax, and open-level vinyasa for all!
That's right, we're heating things up! Infrared sauna sessions are now available to book so you can enjoy the health benefits of heat therapy and get your blood pumping all from the comfort of sitting still. A wonderful compliment to any physical practice, whether you're a yogi, a runner, a weight lifter or you just enjoy a nice, relaxing sweat sesh.
We provide regular workshops on a myriad of subjects to deepen and expand your wellness practice. Monthly sound baths align with the full moon and in April we're hosting our first asana workshop. Future workshops may include learning more about meditation, Ashtanga yoga, Ayurvedic practices, a pre-natal pop up class, and more. Let's explore something new and fun together...
