Infrared sauna sessions are now available to book so you can enjoy the health benefits of heat therapy and get your blood pumping all from the comfort of sitting still. A wonderful compliment to any physical practice, whether you're a yogi, a runner, a weight lifter or you just enjoy a nice, relaxing sweat sesh.
We host regular workshops to deepen and expand your wellness practice.
