Infrared Sauna

30 minutes - cit things up? Private Infrared Sauna sessions are available every day. To learn more about safe sauna usage please click here. You can reserve a 20, 30 or 45 minute appointment - or purchase a 5-pack to bundle and save!

Workshops & Special Events

We always have a rotation of special events and offerings like workshops and sound baths. Workshop credits are $45 unless otherwise specified.

Once you purchase a credit, you can use it to reserve your spot in any upcoming workshop or sound bath of equal value.

Can I have a refund?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you have any questions before making a purchase please contact us at hello@astoria.yoga.

For yoga classes, you can use a credit to book a class on our schedule (class credits do not apply to workshops or sauna): the Intro Offer of 3 classes is valid for 3 weeks (upon first booking), single class credits are valid for 1 month, 5-packs of yoga and sauna are valid for 6 months, and 10-packs are valid for 1 year. If you reserve and your plans change, see cancellation policy above. Lateness and no-shows to any class or appointment will consume the credit.

If you purchase a workshop credit, for either a sound bath or an asana event, these credits are valid for 6 months after purchase. If the workshop you reserve is full, you will be added to the waitlist for that event. If a spot opens up you will be automatically added, if you are not able to attend and/or cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you will have the credit re-issued to your account to use toward a future workshop.
