This monthly workshop is a 75-minute event featuring internationally certified meditation guide and sound healer, Luci Berrios, who guides you through meditation while you're bathed in vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other meditative instruments.
Astoria Yoga Instructor Kyla Zimmerman will also offer optional restorative yoga postures throughout the workshop, to enhance your relaxation and reception as you're supported by props provided such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Optional Reiki will also be offered for those who wish to receive hands-on, or hands-off energy healing.
Mats are always included for workshops.
Open to everyone, no prior yoga or sound bath experience required.
To attend this event:
1. purchase a "Workshop - Sound Bath" credit (anytime) and
2. use it to reserve your spot in the workshop on the schedule
OUR NEXT SOUND, RESTORE & REIKI EVENT WILL BE ON SUNDAY, JUNE 22

If the workshop is full, you will be added to the waitlist. If there is a cancellation and a spot opens, you will be automatically added to attend. If a spot does not open up, your credit will remain on your account to use toward any sound bath within 6 months of purchase. Workshop sales are final. If you booked a spot and can no longer attend, you can cancel your reservation online up to 48 hours before the event, and the credit will be reapplied to your account to use toward a future Sound Bath.
For cancellations later than 48 hours before please contact us directly, so we can give your spot to someone on the waitlist. Considerations will be given for health/medical reasons but we cannot guarantee reapplication of the credit for late or same-day cancels for workshops.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, as well as late-comers/no-shows will lose the workshop credit.
We unfortunately do not process refunds for workshops, but any unused credits can be put toward any sound bath within 6 months of purchasing.
