Summer Offerings at Astoria Yoga

A 3-part Summer workshop series designed to deepen your practice.

Come explore chanting in community alongside live harmonium, and delve into yoga philosophy! 

Join Kyla for these 90-minute sessions to expand your awareness and take your understanding and expression of yoga to the next level.

Everyone is welcome! No prior  experience required. 

Community classes all Summer long!

Join Astoria Yoga instructors for an outdoor class in Socrates Park starting June 7, through Sept 27. 

Sundays from 10-11am, weather permitting.

These classes are free to attend and no registration is required, but you can see who's teaching each week by checking our online schedule. Bring your own mat, some are available (first-come, first-served basis).
