PLEASE NOTE THAT AS-OF WED 5/15 THIS EVENT IS FULLY BOOKED AND IS WAITLIST ONLY
This monthly workshop is a 75-minute sound bath led by internationally certified meditation guide and sound healer, Luci Berrios. During a sound bath, attendees are guided through meditation while being bathed in sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other meditative instruments. Attendees will also have the option to take restorative yoga postures to enhance their reception and relaxation, supported by props provided such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets.
Newcomers are welcome! These workshops are open to all and no prior experience in yoga or sound baths is necessary. Mats and props will be provided, or you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Movement is limited during mediation so we do recommend to dress in comfy layers so you can feel warm and cozy in stillness. You can also bring a water bottle.
Join us on Sunday, May 19 at 7:45pm
This workshop is $45 to attend (mat is included).
To reserve: 1. purchase the Workshop - Sound Bath credit and
2. use it to book your spot in the event on 5/19.
You will only be permitted to attend Sunday's event if you reserved a space in the workshop, after purchasing the credit.
If you booked a spot and can no longer attend, please let us know before 7:45pm on Friday 5/17, so we can give your spot to someone on the waitlist. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows will lose the workshop credit.
You can purchase a workshop credit at any time, to use toward any sound bath within 6 months of purchasing.
