You will be guided through pranayama (breathwork) and various meditative techniques to calm the physical body and bring more stillness to the mind. You’ll leave equipped with tools to regulate your nervous system, and build more resilience within yourself to help cope with life’s stressors, both on and off your mat.

About your Instructor:
Cheryl is a 250-hour certified yoga and meditation instructor. She began her daily meditation practice during her yoga teacher training, using it to help manage stress and anxiety. Cheryl credits meditation and breathwork as her most effective tools for improving mental health. Her approach is rooted in the yoga tradition, drawing from her 50-hour meditation training.
In this 75-minute workshop, attendees broke down the fundamentals and alignment of this challenging posture. Students left equipped with the best variation of Chaturanga that works for their body and their practice.
